Delivery Information

After placing your order, someone will contact you at the phone number you provided to agree on a suitable delivery date and time.

All incoming orders are processed through the Panda Stationery online store and, if stock is available, will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving the order.

Therefore, your products will usually be with you on the same day or the next day (for orders placed in Erbil).

Delivery times: from 9 am to 6 pm from Saturday to Thursday.

We all bring purchased products at your address. 

For orders over $100, delivery is free (for delivery within 120m ring, Erbil).

For orders within Erbil of less than $100, delivery fees are charged additionally, according to the delivery company's delivery fees (under flat shipping rate)

For deliveries to other provinces, shipping fees are charged in addition, according to the current delivery company's price list.
